Refund and Cancellation Policy
These refund and cancellation policies are designed to ensure fair and transparent management of the payment made by clients. It is expected that all clients review and accept these policies before commencing any project with our company.
a. If a client accidentally pays more than the agreed rate for the services, or if there are any other error in the payment made, the excess amount will be refunded promptly upon identification of the overpayment.
b. The refund will be processed within 05 business days from the date of identification of the overpayment.
c. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original payment, unless otherwise agreed upon by the client.
The way in which your personal data is used and/or processed may be modified depending on the contect, in which case, the modifications will be reflected in this policy.
These privacy policies will be updated from time to time, WorldTeams is not required to give prior notice of any updates.
In the event that WorldTeams is required by law to deliver the information contained in its records, it will do as required.
