1. Book a 30-minute meeting & brief us
We’ll ask key questions to understand your needs and requirements. With the right information, we’ll find your perfect fit.
2. Interview and select your candidates
Within 72 hours, you’ll receive a shortlist of carefully selected profiles. You decide who to interview and who you’d like to hire.
3. Kickoff meeting
Once you’ve made your choice, we schedule the Kickoff. You and your new team member will go over our recommended practices for a smooth start, guided by your Account Manager.
If the back and forth between you and us is fast, the process generally takes no more than 5 days!
