You know who does your work, and it is the same person every time. With offshore production, a request goes to a team or a rotating pool. The output comes back, and nobody on your side can tell you who built it or ask them why. Here you interview and approve one named professional before anything starts. They work exclusively on your projects. Over time they learn how your firm details a connection and how your reviewer wants a sheet organized. They work U.S. hours, so a question raised in the morning is answered the same day rather than the next one. A dedicated Account Manager stays on the account, and coaches support the professional on our side. If the match is wrong we replace the person. That is written down rather than implied, which is the part worth checking with anyone you talk to.

Your firm is. The engineer of record on your side reviews, approves, and seals the submittal, and the professional responsibility stays exactly where it was before. Home country credentials vary from one engineer to the next, so confirm that status for each candidate you shortlist. We do not stamp drawings, we do not represent anyone as licensed in the United States, and we do not pursue permits on your behalf. What firms use the arrangement for is the analysis, calculations, modeling, and drawing production underneath the seal. A licensed PE or SE on your side then reviews it. That keeps the licensed staff you already employ on judgment rather than on production. You brief us on the role, we present pre-screened candidates, and you interview and select. A kick-off meeting starts the engagement. Onboarding takes less than 72 hours for standard profiles, and five to seven business days for highly specialized roles. Contracts run full time, part time, or flex, and you can move between them as the work changes. There are no recruitment fees and no hidden charges. Software licenses stay in your name, and the cost of them stays yours as well. Two people support the engagement: a dedicated Account Manager on your side of the relationship, and a coach working with the professional on ours. When the work is real but its duration is shorter than the commitment a hire represents. Engineering demand swings with awards and permits. A permanent hire made in a busy quarter carries through the quiet one, after a recruitment cycle measured in months. Remote capacity scales with the pipeline instead. It is also the usual answer for a discipline you need occasionally rather than continuously. Hydraulic modeling and solar interconnection work are two clear examples, where a full time hire never pencils out. The signal to watch is who is drawing. If your senior engineers spent last month producing rather than reviewing and winning work, the bottleneck is capacity. Compare that against what your last hire cost you, start to finish, before you decide which of the two you actually need.
