The long awaited worldwide gathering:

Worldies Summit 2024
in Buenos Aires

07.09.2024

Connecting talent, building relationships, and celebrating success

On September 7th Buenos Aires, Argentina, became the epicenter of a global gathering like no other: the first-ever Worldies Summit. Professionals traveled from Spain, Portugal, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Colombia, Uruguay, and beyond and gathered in the stunning Palacio Sans Souci, uniting diverse talent and expertise under one roof.

As Camila Brugger, Founder and CEO of WorldTeams, shared in her opening remarks, the Summit was a culmination of years of hard work and dedication to bridging the gap between top talent in Latin America and clients across the USA and Canada. But beyond the business agenda, the event also served as a celebration of human connection, creativity, and growth.

The Palacio Sans Souci, known for its breathtaking architecture and historical charm, provided the perfect backdrop for this milestone event. From the moment attendees arrived, there was a palpable sense of excitement in the air.

For many, it was the first time they had the opportunity to meet colleagues and collaborators they had only known through screens.

Meeting face-to-face allowed us to gain a deeper understanding of the professionals we collaborate with. Attendees participated in team-building activities, brainstorming sessions, and immersive workshops, learning new skills and techniques that would help them apply key concepts to their professional lives.

The evening featured a red-carpet gala followed by an epic party, serving as the perfect ending to an unforgettable day.

One of the most memorable aspects of the Summit was the sense of community that it fostered.

In a world where remote work has become the norm, the chance to connect in person was a rare and valuable experience.

The Worldies Summit reminded everyone that behind the professional skills and job titles are people who share common values, interests, and dreams.

It wasn’t just the dancing or the beautiful venue; it was about meeting people I’ve worked with every day but had never met in person. It felt like a scene from a movie, stepping into a room full of familiar strangers who suddenly became friends.

I danced my heart out, not just with friends but with people I had never met before. There’s something special about moments like this that remind you that we’re not just colleagues; we’re a community of people who know how to work hard and have fun together.
