Our Story

Every story has a beginning, and this one is in fact quite interesting.

It all started in Uruguay at the end of 2019, when our CEO decided to start a business that would connect professionals from Latin America to work remotely for US companies.

“Remote work will grow a lot in the next few years”, she thought.

And boom! Two months later the pandemic hit. And the world VIRTUALLY transformed.

Four years later, that great idea became a company where 600 people work, providing professional services to almost 240 companies in America.

2024 marked the beginning of a new exciting challenge as she founded WorldTeams. This new company was born of a bigger percentage of the former company, and embodies the evolution of her vision.

In this new chapter, longtime friend and COO, key player of this journey, steps in as a partner.
